• Led company’s annual budget process, managed department heads for deliverables, completed overall consolidation of data, and produced company P&L• Led selection and implementation of new budget and forecasting system from start to finish, resulting in forecast process time reduction by half, and allowing additional analysis functionality• Developed monthly Profitability Analysis report by channel by customer with comparison versus budget/forecast scenarios

The Finance Leadership Program was a two year rotational program, which took college graduates and gave them the opportunity to work in various areas within WaMu’s Finance organization.
