In my role as the Dealers Warranty Manager I processed warranty reimbursement claims for both Chrysler and Hyundai. I was responsible for managing receivables, as well as, identifying key factors for improvement within the claims and account balancing systems. I also supported the accounting department to help facilitate overall departmental receivables.

In my role as the Service Manager, I was responsible for all aspects of the Service Department. I managed the day to day operations of 15 departmental personnel as well as being responsible for inventory management and used vehicle reconditioning. I worked very closely with other departments to ensure constant customer satisfaction and portfolio.

As Dispatcher I was responsible for daily production from 20 technicians, I also managed logistics and purchasing to facilitate shop productivity and efficiency. In this position I received management training and mentoring that positively effected future positions in my career.
