Direct all marketing, sales, business development, and customer support activities for the Kellstrom Defense business in emerging markets around the world. Direct the sales function, develop and implement new sales processes, negotiate new strategic business partnerships, consummating contractual relationships, developing and implementing new strategic business plans, and the promotion and sales of aircraft upgrade and life extension programs.

Direct all the marketing, sales, business development and customer support activities of a $16 million division of a $35 million aerospace company, including directing the sales function, developing and implementing new business processes, negotiating new strategic business partnerships, consummating contractual relationships, developing and implementing strategic business plans and providing support for the development of wholly new and derivative products.

Developed and implemented marketing and sales strategy for the Pacific Rim region which brought sales from less than $1 million in 1990 to $24 million in 1996. Managed a staff of five salespeople, one expeditor, and one secretary. Facilitated training and established sales direction to sales staff of twenty-five.

Created and managed twenty-four hour Material Control Department. Wrote procedures, trained and supervised staff of four controllers and one clerk. Responsible for parts procurement for all Aircraft On Ground (AOG) and high priority requirements at main base and fiftytwo line stations.
