I am a Center Store Manager at Save Mart Supermarkets. I am responsible for sales in the Grocery Department as well as its sub-departments which include Dairy/Deli, Frozen, and General Merchandise. Primary responsibilities include customer service, ordering and replenishment of inventory, merchandising/creating displays, training and development of employees, managing price integrity and gross profit, inventory accuracy, managing shrink, and identifying, defining, and implementing store practices to achieve department financials. I work closely with my team to create a fun and safe work environment while continuing to have a high customer satisfaction rate and surpassing all the store and financial goals. I graduated Cum Laude from Arizona State University in March 2021 with a degree in Information Technology. I am currently working on my AWS Certified Cloud Practioner Certification and upon completion, will work on AWS Solutions Architect certification. I pride myself on my work and its quality. I am a lifelong learner who never gets complacent with what I am doing. I work tirelessly and find joy in problem-solving and finding new and innovative solutions.
