• Establishes and maintains Medicare Advantage enrollment according to company policies and procedures and ensures compliance with applicable laws and government contracts• Supports the Stars initiative by actively seeking resolution and submission of Medicare enrollments• Supports continuous improvement efforts through the early identification, investigation, and resolution of problems by communicating and coordinating with the appropriate contacts for completion• Generated more than $60K in savings for membership & billing through submission & creation of data comparison tool ideas in 2013• Works collaboratively with Medicate Stars Team members to ensure that timeliness and compliance metrics are maintained• All productivity, quality and customer satisfaction goals met or exceeded• Provides Subject Matter Expertise for the Medicare Stars team and Medicare Advantage team• Responds to time sensitive and urgent situations immediately, providing stellar customer service in an expedient manner• Effectively manages and prioritize all work which includes enrollment of customer applications into health and prescription drug products• All productivity, quality and customer satisfaction goals met or exceeded• Responds to time sensitive and urgent situations immediately, providing stellar customer service in an expedient manner• Acts as an intermediary for customers in contacting other departments with in Florida Blue• Follows and apply all regulatory guidelines, HIPPAA and privacy regulations to ensure Medicare compliance• Effectively uses creative ideas to improve business processes and assists in the completion of the Kaizen• Enhances and maintains Consumer Market reporting systems and decision support systems• Analyzes data and document their results and recommendations in order to solve problems, provide information needed to make business decisions and make recommendations for continuous improvement
