About Eric Risley
Founded Advantage Mortgage Corporation, a mortgage brokerage company, in 1986 specializing in 1-4 family home mortgages for owners and investors and has been responsible for over $2 billion in residential mortgages. I have an extensive knowledge and analysis of all available mortgage products. Additionally, I formed Aclient Software Systems, Inc., which grew from Advantage Mortgage Corporation. Aclient developed its own Internet-based mortgage software for client databasing, mortgage analysis, and marketing. In 2001 the software went national, marketed as MyMortgageHost to mortgage professionals across the US. In 2002, MyMortgageHost was selected as the CRM for a California based FSBO marketing system, growing the product in both sales volume and functionality.
