Responsible for leading and supervising training, fitness, readiness, and safety of 67 Soldiers and the welfare of their Families. Responsible for the operational readiness, maintenance, and accountability for over $8 million dollars of property.- Provided cricital communications architecture required for the brigade tactical operations center (TOC) to execute command and control over its three subordinate battalions.

Formulated and developed training guidance and programs, planned contingency missions, and managed land and range allocations, troops schools, professional development programs, and training calendar for a 1,400-person Fires Brigade.- Planned, developed, and executed a Battle Command System of Systems (BCSoSIT) for the brigade command post; establishing a foundation for brigade collective training.- Coordinated all training resources, a best-by-test competition, new equipment integration, and officer professional development series while overseeing brigade operations.

Second in command of the 41st Fires Brigade Headquarters and Headquarters Company consisting of 253 personnel and $100 million dollars in equipment. Directly responsible for the management of the administrative, maintenance, and supply functions of the company. - Developed and supervised a training program for all 253 personnel that resulted in the organization having a 91% unit readiness in preparation for deployment to Iraq. Directly responsible for developing a training program and certifying the brigade commanders personal security team (PST).- Served as the Unit Movement Officer; planned, coordinated, and executed deployment of over $100 million of equipment and personnel in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Conducted Relief in Place (RIP) and signed for $13 million dollars of Theater Property Equipment (TPE) including 7 coalition hand receipts.- Served as a Civil Affairs Team Leader embedded with a Provicial Reconstruction Team (PRT). In the absence of a Department of State representated, served as the Economics Principal for 7 months. Created a Unified Common Plan (UCP) between DoS, DoD, and GOI officials, outlining future goals for Wasit Province. Conducted multiple security patrols resulting in no safety issues or injuries.
