About Eric Robinson

I worked for a couple of big resorts in northern Ontario Canada while putting myself through high school and university. Starting in 1978 I owned six consecutive hotels, four in northern Canada, two in Costa Rica. I have owned Adventure Inn since 2004. I enjoy third world eco-tourism marketing.Also, in 2005 I started Adventure Hotels of Costa Rica, an eco-friendly owner-operated hotel association presently with 101 member hotels. Our challenge is to compete on Google for top positioning against TripAdvisor, Expedia and some of the big chain hotels. Last membership drive in 2013 we printed 41,000 road maps.I swam competitively as a kid in Canada and still compete to this day. In my last two world championships in Masters swimming in Australia in 2008 and Italy in 2012, I picked up a total of eight top ten finishes. Claudia Poll and I competed on the same relay team in two mixed events in Italy.
