Implementation required a 1.5-year lead time, coordination between two departments, and the administration of approximately 1,200 leases. Implementation happened concurrently with a company-wide accounting system implementation.- Implemented a no-touch stock option exercise solution that saved significant management time and team member transactions fees.- Coordinated the request for proposal process and analyzed the bids for the Company’s office supply vendor, which accounted for ~$2.5 million of spend annually.

- Prepare and review audit workpapers for clients in a wide variety of industries. These companies have revenues ranging from ~$600M to ~$9B annually. Experience includes private and public companies, year-end audits, quarter reviews, carve out audits, debt offerings, and special projects.- Worked on several SEC year-end audits and quarter reviews, including one company in the first year after IPO.- Evaluate the design effectiveness of client-implemented controls for compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley 404 (SOX) and Japanese Internal Control (J-SOX) guidelines. Prepare and review walkthroughs of client processes to identify areas of risk and control gaps.- Evaluate client controls in place to mitigate financial statement risks.
