Among his many accomplishments are the oversight for the development and implementation of the Energy Emergencies Management System and the design of the Emergency Operations Center for DOE, to include the integration of various communications systems. More recent activities include (with the Shaw Group) the development of exercises for the Pennsylvania Chemical Industry Council (PCIC), for the Chemical Industry of the State of New York, participating in the updating of a full Simulation and Exercise Manual and guide. Also lead in the development of Advanced Risk Management System (ARMS), a process that is capable of consolidating regional, state and national vulnerabilities and risk elements in order to ascertain priorities in allocation of resources.
