Auction Coordinator• Lead in the communication, coordination and support to all internal departments related to the auction processes and the Detailed Equipment Information Program.• Manage the information collection and verification processes of incoming equipment (e.g. equipment year verification, equipment pricing) for upcoming auctions.• Responsible for advertising brochures and web marketing for upcoming sales and sequencing and proofing for sale day catalogues.• Manage equipment inspectors and equipment clerks with check-in, equipment inspections, photos and data entry into the Detailed Equipment Information database.• Responsible for approving time cards and expense reports for DEI staff.• Assist the sales team with appraisals and write-ups in the field between auctions.Equipment Inspector• Accurately gather and verify equipment inventory information.• Responsible for assessing equipment and composing photos for the DEI Program.• Verify all equipment descriptions based on the Equipment Standards Manual.• Identify and record all equipment components, accessories, and asset details.• Perform visual inspection (e.g. wear points, damage, hour meter readings, etc.) and functional testing (e.g. basic operations of the asset) on equipment.• Responsible and accountable for quality assurance of equipment data input and associated information of inspected assets.
