About Eric S.

I have a passion for young people and believe nurturing tomorrow's mind is a responsibility shared by everyone. During my 9 years as an educator, I have experienced first hand the impact and power of strong teachers in the lives of young people. The presence of a role model has the ability to transform the future outcomes of some of our most deprived young people. I am proud to be leading an organisation at Sterling Academy Youth (SAY) which provides a safe space for young people to tackle social issues whilst empowering them to be confident with their voice. Through community partnerships and workshops, over 14,000 young people have gained skills and benefitted from our workshops.
