In this role I worked on large scale project implementation for Intermountain's Children's Health organization. I split my time between hospital operations and community program development including establishing the Stabilization and Mobile Response program for Salt Lake County. I also led COVID efforts to optimize caregiver and visitor screening and set.

I focused on the development the Ascension Texas Sports Performance department, which provides event medicine coverage for local sports teams and large athletic events, including becoming the naming sponsor for the Ascension Seton Austin Marathon.

As an Associate Administrator I focused on service line growth and expansion, as well as, identified opportunities to improve operational inefficiencies. I worked collaboratively with physicians, staff members, and community partners to prepare a level III trauma center to pursue level II trauma designation. I led a network initiative to identify.

I had the unique opportunity to be a part of the closing of one hospital and the transition of the staff, patients and equipment to a new hospital.
