My passion has been focused on designing and implementing innovative and highly effective pricing, project management and strategic sourcing strategies specifically for the Experiential Marketing industry. I’m proud of having been the chief architect of the experiential marketing industry’s first proprietary project budgeting, supplier management and sourcing system, FUSION. The 28 years of experience I've accumulated working with incredible clients, production teams, creative teams and supplier partners to develop, manage and execute many of the most significant industry events for the world’s top brands has been an education one can't buy, but must earn. These experiences are what informs and inspires my deep desire to properly shape and steer marketing procurement to fit and meet the unique requirements of Experiential Marketing. My varied responsibilities and experiences have influenced my unique attitude, approach and abilities to meet the needs of the experiential marketing world. My role is ultimately that of an ambassador whose responsibility is to ensure clients, their agency and suppliers understand, respect, trust and properly collaborate to meet and exceed their common and individual goals. The most important goals are to deliver creative excellence, flawless execution and maximized ROI for the client. My hard earned real world education coupled with my financial and strategic sourcing expertise allows me to understand and appreciate all sides and enables my ability and desire to create and implement highly effective solutions. Ultimately I'm unable to be successful or satisfied unless and until I've enabled everyone around me to meet and exceed their goals and objectives.
