Managed the financial activity and reviewed nine A+ high-rise properties in Chicago for Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Financial Statements and additional (Domestic and International) owner specific financial reporting requirements.

• Managed the preparation and review of fifteen entities Nationally for Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Financial Statements and special financial report requirements.• Responsible in the production of the annual budgets and supporting schedules.• Performed corporate and special projects as needed.
