Founded in 2014, Vanderbilt Office Properties, LLC is a privately held, vertically integrated real estate investment manager. VOP invests alongside various capital partners in office buildings throughout the U.S. and since inception has invested over $2.7 billion across 13 transactions. Casey Wold, Managing Partner & CEO, has over 35 years of real estate experience and has held senior management positions at Tishman Speyer, TrizecHahn, and Equity Office Properties. Partners John Dempsey and Bob Gillespie have over 55 years of real estate experience and have each held senior leadership positions at CBRE. Between the three, they have been responsible for over $10.0 billion of capital investment, 15 million square feet of lease transactions, and over 5 million square feet of development.
