Provided Management level support for all Logistical Planning, and operational support for GD-OTS Headquarters and 7 sub units that directly reported to.Managed all customs clearance for international transportation.Worked directly with domestic carriers and freight forwarders handling the operations and logistics coordination of shipments of class 1 explosives from over seas. Provided management level transportation support for up to 10 different programs. Ensured all transportation support was provided from component suppliers to engineering facility within the contractural time required.Managed trasnportation and customs invoicing.Create indepth matricies allowing visibility of all program transportation requirements for proposal efforts and daily operational support.

Provided Logistics Support to all deployed United States Marine Corps communications units. Deployed to Afganhistan to establish a remote operations unit, that would provide direct Logistics Support to forward units while also establishing a Supply Warehouse Management system. Allowing full time record tracking of deployed spares that would be dispensed to the Marines as temporary replenshable.Created an Asset Management program to allow GD-IT at Camp Lejeune NC to easily manage and track movement of up to 8000 assets.

Managed and Supervised port operations for all loading, un loading, and tracking of all assets used for program support i.e. Bargs, cranes, Generators, Boats, Construction Supplies and all fuels needed to sustain the project. Programs support were Agrigate and Heavy Lift operations, Bridge Reconstruction, Reef Refurbishing, dredging, and New York Harbor Terminal replenishment.
