I've worked 15 years in the chemical industry holding a variety of positions within the engineering, supply chain, and operations ranks. In my current role as Plant Manager, I support and influence the organizational health of our site. At this stage in my career, I’ve grown to understand that knowledge is powerful (inter company and education). Having been in many roles responsible for training and coaching our staff, it’s important that we as leaders protect our business by reducing the impact of personnel transitions. I’ve also learned that good leadership and fast decision making can be the push to get your team through difficult times. My time spent developing our business in foreign countries broadened my personal experiences and shaped me into the person I am today. These influences have driven me to be better, to be fascinated by learning, and to be an advocate for my teams.
