Work closely with the editorial team and physician editorial advisory board to manage and execute the editorial calendar for Federal Practitioner, editing and publishing content pertinent to physicians, clinical pharmacists, physician assistants, advanced practice nurses, and medical center administrators currently working within the VA, the DoD, IHS, and the PHS. Develop editorial strategy, content edit, copyedit, and proofread all content for print and web both for monthly issues of the journal, as well as several special issue supplements throughout the year.

My duties included attending press conferences and interviewing Ohio State coaches and players for stories, sidebars and columns. I also shot video of interviews and practices when allowed, in order to fully capture stories journalistically. Daily updates on various social media channels were also part of my responsibility. In addition to football coverage, I also wrote about the Ohio State basketball program and other channels of Ohio State athletics.
