I currently manage the security forces for the 5 Sage Realty Corp. buildings in Manhattan, additionally 900 3rd Ave and recently added 499 Park Ave. I am responsible for all aspects of guard scheduling and training. Daily interaction with building managers and staff. Recently I have taken on the Asset Specialist position. In addition to my other duties I manage all aspects of asset ordering and coordination.

My temporary assignment completed at 140 Broadway. All goals met.

Managed a 60 man guard force for the largest building in NYC. Responsible for all aspects of building security, not limited to electronic and video surveilance and physical security.

55WATER is currently the largest building in New York City, NY with over 3.6 million square feet of office space and approximately 13000 tenants’ employees and 1200 visitors per week.Coordination and oversight of security staff consisting of 5 supervisors and 42 guards. Scheduling of all staff averaging 1750 to 1900 guard hours per week. Ongoing security 24/7.Direct interaction with building tenants’ security managers regarding all aspects of access point security.Monitor and oversee all building ID processing.Interact with building tenants’ operations staff regarding ID processing and termination.Monitor and oversee all security activity, including CCTV, access control systems and staff.Monitor and oversee K-9 officer, x-ray and magnetometer operations. Monitor and oversee all loading dock operations.Coordinate and monitor service level of security staff.Interview and approval of all new security staff.Provide feedback and insight to building management regarding general performance, systems issues, campus facilities issues and events/incidents within the purview of the security staff.Interact and coordinate with municipal, state and federal agencies. (US Secret Service, FBI, NYPD, FDNY)Liaison between the First Precinct Community Council and 55Water management.Review all Daily Activity Reports and Incident reports associated with the site’s security operations. Respond to building emergencies 24/7 and accidents during regular business hours.Assist safety marshals in coordinating evacuation of the building.Work closely with Executive, Administrative, Operations staff and vendors working for the New Water Street Corporation.

Charmer Industries was a multi-state liquor distributor with gross sales in excess of $750,000,000 per year and the largest employer in Queens, NY. Charmer has since merged with Peerless Importers forming Empire Merchants.Coordination and oversight of security staff covering shifts 24/7, handling and interacting with visitors/trespassers, customer service training for security staff and assisting in evacuation procedures in the event of an emergency.Monitor and oversee all security activity, including CCTV, alarm systems, access control systems and staff.Assist Director of Security in coordinating and monitoring service level of security personnel.Provide feedback and insight to Director of Security regarding general performance, systems issues, campus facilities issues and events/incidents within the purview of the security staff.Interact and coordinate with municipal agencies.
