Working in a department call Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) where we are the key department to represent the Nissan customer to judge the quality of the vehicles and window person for plant against after sales and sales team. My role is to manage a team of 8 operators, 2 supervisors, and 1 executive and 2 engineers to handle on daily vehicle quality audit, new model activities, after sales quality, and management.• Part of the team to successfully launch 7 new Nissan models (NV200, Almera, Serena, Teana, X-Trail, New Serena, NV350)• Part of the team to successfully launch 3 minor change Nissan models (Almera, Livina, Teana)• Part of the team to successfully launch all Nissan models to follow ECE regulations• Tested the hybrid performance of X-Trail Hybrid in Genting Highlands • Tested the E-Power performance in Genting Highlands• Tested the feasibility of autonomous driving around West Malaysia • Achieved target in MIS for QLT group for 3 years• Achieved 3MIS results target for 4 years

Have experience in handling Petronas Turkmenistan Waste Water Treatment Project as a draughtsman in editing and producing AutoCAD drawings. Another experience on handling a Ultra-Filtration Plant in Hulu Terrengganu by producing layout, searching for vendors and price negotiation.
