Plan and develop new online academic programs in collaboration with faculty, administrators, and other supporting units.Develop and manage systems both to stimulate growth and support stakeholders including growth stimulation models, instructional design models, course design evaluation rubrics, and program design processes.Manage multi-year program development projects, manage technology pilots, create resources, improve systems, and collaborate with administrators, directors, and instructors to drive growth. Have managed the development of over 10 new academic programs.Design online courses, have designed over 100 college-level courses ranging from non-credit continuing education to doctoral level. Leverage learning technology to enhance student engagement and create solutions that improve learning.Develop, facilitate, and manage professional development programs for faculty and staff, resulting in the training of 100s. Collect participant feedback and institutional information to continually update, improve, and renew opportunities to best support the needs of faculty and staff.Serve as a backup learning technology site administrator and a trainer for several core technologies. Write training documents and create LMS templates and resources to support users.
