As Sustainability Director, I'm fortunate to lead the Town of Concord, MA towards a sustainable future. My primary focus is to implement all facets of Concord's Climate Action and Resilience Plan, including the reduction and elimination of greenhouse gas emissions across all sectors, and strategically positioning the Town for a resilient and equitable future in the face of climate change. As a recognized leader in municipal sustainability, Concord continues to be at the forefront of thoughtful, progressive policies and actions to electrify new and existing buildings and transportation, provide carbon-free electricity to residents and businesses, build social resilience and resilient infrastructure, and protect and enhance our natural resources. Of particular note, Concord is one of only ten towns in Massachusetts to prohibit fossil fuel use in new construction and major renovations, sits among the top three municipalities with the highest electric vehicle adoption rates in MA, and has been providing 100% carbon-free electricity through the Concord Municipal Light Plant since 2023.

Serve as a volunteer for the Town of Wayland, MA for the Energy and Climate Committee (ECC) and the regional SuAsCo Wild and Scenic River Stewardship Council (RSC), including: • Promoting effective Town strategies and policies in support of energy efficiency and environmental stewardship in the context of climate resilience• Contributed to the development of a Climate Action Mobilization Plan (CAMP) for the Town• Supporting collaborative efforts and partnerships to maintain and increase the environmental integrity and character of regional riverine and watershed resources• Participation in regular Committee and Council meetings• Serving as a trained volunteer heat pump coach to assist town residents considering the adoption of residential heat pump technologies

Managed a portfolio of co-curricular educational programs and initiatives that served hundreds of Harvard undergraduate and graduate students interested in broadening their knowledge and perspectives of interdisciplinary energy and environmental issues, including: • Graduate Consortium on Energy and Environment• Climate Leaders Program for Professional Students at Harvard• Energy and Environment Secondary Field• Summer Undergraduate Research Fund
