Senior Project Manager / Rollout Room Manager Responsibilities include managing an onshore team of contractors for various projects. Co-designed an internal database to keep track of multiple aspects of a project including bill rates, contract durations, total costs, and specific security access each project has. Creating project proposals for installation of new equipment and statements of work for outside vendors. Detailed invoice tracking to ensure all charges to a project are accurate and within pre-determined scope. Perform weekly project reporting to upper management. Ensure strong client service and satisfaction by meeting the needs and request of internal and external clients in a complete and timely manner
