WREP increases lease revenues, ensures its client’s interests are protected and is a resource to owners and managers for all types of telecom rooftop antenna and tower transactions in markets nationwide. As VP of business development I created and ran their wholesale division which networked and maintained relationships with site acquisition, project and construction managers and RF Engineers nationwide. In this role, I was able to learn and develop skills across multiple platforms within telecom. As a result of the the success in this position I transitioned and started reviewing search ring candidates and leasing new site property locations for tower development. I created and helped develop our tower development division which owns and operates a portfolio of towers today. I was the first employee outside of the founding partners and helped grow the company into a 200 plus employee team and multi-billion-dollar company that now owns and manages over 5,000 telecom leases globally.
