With a leadership background beginning in 2008, I've seen and learned much, but humility commands a willingness to adapt and stay willing to learn. A recent graduate of the University of Illinois-Springfield, specializing in critical thinking and logical analysis, I've learned how to partner strong analytical skills with my leadership strengths to achieve my goals. I've also established a good history of working and leading with people, not above or beyond them. As leaders, some of the most powerful things we can do is actually to empower those in our team, to amplify their unique talents, and to see the goal as a shared effort instead of an individual merit.
