 Advocated and represented Under Armour in San Francisco’s market-leading Run Specialty store locations. Oversaw daily operations and advancing of store culture & trends.  Facilitated UA in-store pop-up experience (two months in duration)- managed orders, inventory, and operations ultimately increasing UA Footwear sales by 250% and Apparel sales by 65% vs previous year Initiated marketing initiatives to establish Under Armour as FFSF’s #2 brand (10% market-share footwear & 35% market-share apparel) since its introduction to SF Run-Specialty market in October 2015. Managed UA sales, orders and inventory by conducting and submitting monthly and annual reports. As a result, UA boasts fastest turning product and highest rate-of-growth YoY within FFSF. Created “Under Armour Total Runner Series,” a weekly free workout series with specific brand identity. Series is now a staple weekly outing for SF runners and averages 20 runners/week with consistent growth Established UA as credible premium running brand through creation of calculated selection of products, unique merchandising shopping experience, staff acceptance & training, and memorable events. Worked with members of footwear product teams from Under Armour, Nike, Asics and Mizuno in formal, comparative product testing and development process, leading to new initiatives. Worked with FFSF and UA to create multiple event activations, most notably for Represent Running’s “Run the Bay” Series and Bay to Breakers 2017. Unique monthly events attracted up to 100 participants per outing.
