The Franchise Coordinator is the first point of contact for candidates interested in opening a School of Rock. Roles and Responsibilities are as follows:Sales AdministrationEngage new franchise candidates in an initial dialogue about School of RockPerform initial screen of franchise candidates to determine those qualified to move down the pipelineTake new franchise candidates through the pre- application and disclosure processEstablish trust and build rapport with new franchise candidatesIdentify bottlenecks and objections with individual franchise candidates and work to solve them quicklyManage all documents related to franchise sales – applications, FDDs, Franchise Agreements, Development Agreements, etc.Ensure that all candidates get followed up on by Franchise Sales staffProvide feedback to Franchise Team on sales processes and toolsMonitor lead generation conversion efficiencies and recommend changes as appropriateMarketingProvide feedback to colleagues on effectiveness of marketing and which channels are generating the highest quality leadsAssist with generating and planning of new marketing initiatives to drive new leads into the pipeline as required Show less
