I process check, ACH, wire, and brokerage journal requests from the sales force with appropriate documentation and approval levels. This includes making sure requests are within Compliance guidelines and that all documents adhere to departmental policies and procedures. I am knowledgeable about the policies and procedures to process Estate, UGMA/UTMA, Trust, margin, deceased accounts, and various other journal situations. I communicate daily with other departments within the firm and work closely with Financial Advisors and their assistants to service our clients in a timely and satisfactory manner. My fellow team members see me as a good resource for their questions and I am happy to assist them to the best of my ability. I am proficient with Excel and Word.
