• Opened the company’s first China Office – collaborated with local resources to source for a prime location, negotiated the lease, and was responsible for recruiting all internal staff.
• Negotiated contracts, visited client sites, and prospected new opportunities.
• Developed company policies for RFQ's, vendor evaluation, product quality evaluation, customs clearance, and final customer delivery.
