Synchronized the linkage of National Strategies with NGB Operational Plans. Developed strategies and policies which reflected an environment adaptable to change and modernization. Supervisor for the Israel Homeland Front bilateral program. Personally led the CNGB response to the 2019 NDAA report on National Guard capacity to meet Homeland Defense and Security Incidents.

Formulated Strategic Plans and Policies which shaped and guided the future Army National Guard (ARNG). Lead planner for the developing the Army National Guard response to 2017 Hurricanes Harvey, Irma, and Maria. Team lead for development of the Army National Guard comprehensive mobilization plan to international Pacific region threats.

Rotational planner responsible for planning, coordinating, anticipating, verifying and executing Decisive Action Training Environment exercises (DATE), Mission Rehearsal Exercises (MRE), and Regionally Aligned Force exercises (RAF) at the Joint Readiness Training Center (JRTC). Conducted the duties and responsibilities of a division or Joint Task Force J5 Plans Officer. Assisted in the development of training scenarios for light, airborne, air assault, ranger and Stryker brigades. Responsible for briefing concepts, in-progress reviews and course-of-action development briefings to the Commanding General and his staff, Commander of Operations Group, and division or Installation commanders from the rotational unit higher headquarters. Responsible for managing the rotation as the higher headquarters J35, while coordinating with all Task Force Senior OC/Ts to facilitate exercise control and maintain the integrity of the rotational design in order to best replicate unit missions and achieve training objectives. Trained over 12,000 military personnel.

Responsible for the leadership, administration, training, and sustainment of over 600 Soldiers of the Headquarters, Logistics Company, and four subordinate engineer companies. Maintained readiness to mobilize, deploy, and provide combat, general engineer support, and /or disaster response capabilities at the direction of the Adjutant General in response to the National Command Authority or Governor. Provided a positive and ethical environment for Soldiers and their families. Assured the implementation of decisions, policies and intent of the 225th Engineer Brigade Commander and the Adjutant General. Met or exceeded all operational readiness requirements.

Served as strategist and war planner for Homeland Defense (HD) and Civil Support (CS). Responsible for Army HD and CS strategy, policy, and planning. Developed HD and CS strategies and policies, participated in future studies, analyzed the impact of policy developments, conducted and reviewed Operational War Plans. Provided advice and assistance regarding HD and CS issues to support Army senior leader decision-making. Coordinated with the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Joint Staff, Army Service Component Commands, Direct Reporting Units, other Army Staff and Secretariat agencies, other Services, Combatant Commands, and Defense Agencies. Provided advice on Global Defense Posture issues which supported Army senior leader decision making.
