Eric Strobl Mechanical/Test Engineer and Business Analyst/Data AnalystI am currently a Data Analyst for FieldEdge/Xplor. FieldEdge is a customer data and dispatching system that allows customers to better implement and track their business. I analyze customer data from QuickBooks and Third Party services to adapt it to specifications in FieldEdge. I manage up to 30 customer accounts in Salesforce Lightning (Taskray) and work with a Customer Implementation Consultant to guide or members during the onboarding process. In August of 2019 I began a role as Lead IT Analyst for Goodwill Industries. I used Tableau to pull data from point of sales systems and report production, budget, and sales values for over 40 retail locations. Before working for Goodwill I was a Lead Business Analyst for Charter Spectrum. Using agile methodologies, I created executive level reports for the Spectrum Guide project. The nature of these reports required me to be involved in timeline management as well as test plan design. I enjoy both the social and technical sides of my work. My first professional job was as a Mechanical/Test Engineer for DRS technologies out of St. Louis, Missouri. My most successful test project Involved integrating a multi-platform radio system into heavy armored vehicles. I often managed over a dozen people to perform this task and received excellent reviews from the customer. I have extensive experience writing official Test Procedures and Reports for the government. The versatility of my testing ranges from specialized software testing, DAQ systems, MIL-STD-810G, MIL STD 461F and involvement in several time sensitive tasks. I feel strongly qualified for Business Analyst/Development roles thanks to these experiences and my ability to continue to be teachable.
