My appetite to learn has yet to be satiated and I'm only refining my palette with time and experience!I believe I bring a unique perspective to the IT field, specifically client implementation from my time in the past working as a journeyman electrician. I have a passion for learning and in turn sharing my knowledge to clients and co-workers alike. I am at my best when I am working with people as a team. I've always had a knack for being able to explain complex workflows quickly and clearly, a skill that has served me well when working with end users/clients. I apply a pragmatic and stoic philosophy when it comes to troubleshooting IT issues. I'm no stranger to starting simple and working my way into more complex solutions if necessary. I'm confident in my ability to consult a knowledge base and find a problems resolution. In my former position(s) I often was working in collaboration with engineers or subject matter experts as well as the public and thrive in my ability to communicate effectively with intoverts and extroverts alike. At Field Nation, I routinely worked with POS systems, Security peripherals, Camera and Audio/Video hardware, as well as classic router, switches, and UPS systems - independently as an independent contractor. Currently I work with one of the fastest growing and a multi-award winning company FieldEdge where I work with a (SaaS) field services software, training and implementing our newest clients.
