Currently managing a team of FBI Supervisory Special Agents and Management and Program Analysts responsible for the FBI Cyber Division's outreach and engagement with critical infrastructure sector partners. Responsible for developing and managing the FBI's bi-annual CISO Academy as well as the FBI regional General Counsel Summits, both of which include classified briefings on nation state and cyber criminal threats. Oversee the FBI's development and dissemination of Private Industry Notifications (PIN) and FBI Liaison Alert System (FLASH) to private and public sector partners. Active participant in panel discussions and conference presentations.

My responsibilities included direct engagement with operational and analytical units within Europol to include the Joint Cyber Action Team (JCAT) and National Counter Terrorism Center (NCTC). Coordinated and de-conflicted on Cyber, CT and Criminal investigations with EU member states, initiated joint FBI-EU investigations, provided assistance on legal process requests by EU member states to U.S. private sector companies, and developed private sector outreach strategies. Participated in the multi-agency take down of the ISIS AMAQ News App, Avalanche Botnet takedown and was active participant in the annual Victim Identification Task Force.

Cyber Division Unit Chief responsible for managing an FBI team dedicated to identifying current and emerging cyber threats through the development and coordination of joint initiatives with the NCFTA, a public/private partnership, The NCFTA provides a neutral setting allowing law enforcement, industry and academia to collaborate on cyber threats to include the cyber underground, botnets, and cyber related financial crimes. Responsible for the coordination of cyber investigations in 56 offices around the country. Established an annual International Internship, a 90 day internship with cyber investigators from 12 to 15 countries to focus on the cyber underground, bothers, cry we financial crimes and criminal hacktivists. Also responsible for cultivating and establishing working relationships with law enforcement and industry investigators worldwide to initiate and enhance global cyber investigations. Frequent speaker and panelist at cyber security conferences both inside and outside of the U.S.

More specifically, investigated bank robberies, kidnappings, drug offenses and organized crime activity within the Western District of Pennsylvania and abroad.
