Personal Fitness Trainer
Current- Provide SCI and stroke clients with the necessary Range of Motion, Strength and Endurance to help them be as independent as possible and mitigate injuries from their individual condition. - Plan and instruct progressive athletic workout routines for local sports teams such as; Sunrise High School football, Beaverton High School lacrosse and Portland Jr. Winter hawks hockey - Acquire personal training clients by offering them beneficial functional training specifically tailored to their goals-Motivate and interact with clients and gym members in an engaging and constructive manner to help them improve fitness as well as educate them about fitness and wellness-Design and teach strength efficiency, cardio efficiency, and range of motion classes to ADAPT members
