a) Leading in design coordination with consultants / client/ subcontractors; b) Attend client, consultants and subcontractors meeting; c) Review of shop drawings / materials / Method statement; d) Ensure drawing registry is maintained and latest drawings / BIM models are available for all parties involved (site staff, suppliers and subcontractors); e) Ensure emails are issued for latest drawings / BIM models when issued to suppliers and subcontractors; f) To study drawings / specifications in identifying discrepancies and issue queries to consultants accordingly via RFI; g) Resolve technical issues on drawings and liaise closely with Consultants, all trades and authorities; h) Ensure BIM team update the drawings / BIM Model with the latest information available timely; i) Upkeep all submission, response for the submission and approval. Monitor the status of the submission and pursue response from the relevant parties once the response is due; J) Take lead in civil / structural related matters. Cross check BIM model with contract drawings.
