Apart of the Power Specialist Group within the HRC internationally. - Arrange individual risk engineering surveys through discussions with account teams (account risk engineer of HDI Risk Consulting (HRC)/account underwriter of HDI Global SE), clients and insurance brokers. - Understanding various risks (Fire/Machinery Breakdown/Business Interruption/Natural Hazards) in the Power Industries. - Insurance-related surveys, risk engineering assessment, risk grading, risk assessment report writing on a regional basis according to HRC guidelines.- Risks of handing accounts can be identified, evaluated, and managed to ensure minimization of exposures and reduction of risks. - Risk recommendations for risk improvement and consulting service for clients.- Project review for the client to compliance with NFPA standards, FM data sheets or HDI guidelines. - In charge of CCP3/4/5, Alstom GT26 Gas Turbine in Senoko Power Station.- In charge of Alstom Gas Turbine and assist Hitachi Steam Turbine and Kobelco Fuel Gas Compressor.- Planning and execution of scheduled shutdown inspection of gas turbine and fuel gas station to complete in a timely manner. - Planning and execution of preventive maintenance of gas turbine to ensure optimum reliability and availability of gas turbine.- Troubleshoot and problem solving for issues related to gas turbine.- Procurement of gas turbine spare parts, preparation of contract and specification for jobs related to gas turbine.- Attend to notification or job cards related to gas turbine and complete it as soon as possible.- To take charge of a team of technicians and technical officers.- To prepare appraisal reports for a team of technician and technical officers.- To ensure works are carried out and executed in a safely manner. Apply for Permit-to-work for all works on the gas turbine.- Handling of gas turbine spare parts inventory to ensure sufficient spares are in place to cater for unplanned outage, preventive maintenance and scheduled overhaul.- Coordination of works and manpower scheduling during any unplanned outage or scheduled shutdown.- Cost and budget planning for preventive maintenance and scheduled shutdown work scope and spares for the coming year.- Work closely with Gas Turbine OEM under the Long Term Sales Agreement Contract for planning and coordination during any scheduled shutdown and unplanned outage.

- Perform cold commissioning of the gas turbine. Systems include: lube oil system, power and safety oil system including hydraulic trip unit, cooling and sealing air, hydraulic rotor barring, closed cooling water systems, Minimax fire fighting system, variable inlet guide vanes, control air systems, ignition and fuel gas systems, NOx water systems, fuel oil systems, gas detection panel, pneumatic and hydraulic valves, motorised valve and pumps, instruments including thermocouple and transmitters for pressure and temperature, vibration systems and speed sensors.- Perform protection testing on the gas turbine with checking of ABB DCS logics and make appropriate changes according to the approved operation concept by Alstom.- Perform hot commissioning of gas turbine.
