About Eric Thomason

I am in-house attorney for a manufacturing company with multiple locations in North America and global sales. The counsel I provide touches every aspect of my company: employee concerns, intellectual property, government regulation, contractual relationships, environmental issues, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, and policy development. Additionally, I am charged with managing all aspects of our insurance program and evaluating and addressing risks for NIBCO. Before going in-house, I worked in the litigation department of a national firm, representing corporate clients in product liability, employment, environmental, and other commercial disputes. Prior to attending law school, I worked in youth ministry, gaining thousands of hours of public speaking experience, working with people from all walks of life, and developing the skills needed to help people through difficult situations.
