-Ensure inventory in Parts Warehouse are att current Rev.-Limited to maximum number of units based on 5 month rolling average (Kanban).-Liaise with all production supervisors to ensure parts orders are communicated via paperwork/ email.-Liaise with sales department to inform of lead times for parts.-Communicate updates to VMAC lead times weekly as required (i021).-In collaboration with Assembly Supervisor, direct the assembly of parts department mechanical assemblies.-Monitor parts orders continuously throughout the day ensuring timely delivery of parts requests to other departments and timely delivery of parts orders to shipping department.-Communicate daily with Production Supervisor & Purchasing with respect to known parts shortages.
