Defense Planner and Project Manager for North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) -Allied Command Transformation responsible for coordinating with NATOHQ BrusselsInternational Staff, and International Military Staff on issues related to defense planning,force development, and capability targets for NATO member-Nations. Provide analysis related to the Bi-Strategic Command NATO Force Structure Adaptation to ensure the military structure is fit for purpose. Project Manager responsible for defense analysis and managing budgets and milestones for NATO’s Bi-Strategic Command Anti-Access and Area Denial (A2AD) Study in coordination with US Joint Staff J8-Warfighting Analysis Division, Allied Command Operations (ACO) J5, international operational research organizations, and NATO Centers of Excellence. Expert Accomplishments:• Planning, managing, and delivering a multi-year, 300,000 euro study, that was on time and within budget, that informed NATO defense and operational planning, capability development, and the political-military advice to the North Atlantic Council.• Building cross-functional teams among 15-plus organizations such as the Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE) and ACO, Joint Force Command’s Brunssum and Naples, NATO's Component Commands and Centers of Excellence, and the US Joint Staff J8, resulting in detailed plans of action and a comprehensive study informed by stakeholder expertise from across the Nations.• Briefing flag and general officers regularly and providing advice on defense planning topics ensuring leadership at all levels were well informed and provided the depth of information required for high-level decisions and engagement with military and civilian leaders at NATOHQ-Brussels.
