I am an Information Technology (IT) professional with a background in both project management-based support areas and Information Science specialties. My deep understanding of project management support encompasses implementing Project Management Institute (PMI)-based Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) best practices and IT service management (ITSM), such as Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) standards. Having this baseline knowledge allows me to align dissimilar Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) in standardized ways, while providing continual support to high-priority stakeholders.My skills and experience with IT processes includes such items as: software engineering and design, object-oriented programming, network architecture and maintenance, database design and structure, data warehousing and mining techniques. Through analysis of system data and metrics, I am able to identify areas of opportunities for improvement.
