•Provide oversight to program operations for a wide range of FSW’s programs, monitoring for budget adherence, quality, outcome achievement, mission alignment and the supervisory structure for over 200 employees, interns and volunteers.•Currently oversee children’s programming (community-based and residential mental health programming), services for veterans, and senior services (e.g. social day programs, home health care and enriched housing).•Represent agency by presenting and reporting to various internal and external stakeholders, including board members, local government, foundations, private donors & philanthropists, and most importantly, communicating with the individuals and families FSW serves. •Responsible for elements of overall organizational management, including agency budgeting and P&L, co-chairing Staff Development Committee and chairing Safety and Facilities Committee. Partner with board and external consultants on overall strategic planning for entire organization.•Liaise with local government, board members, private donors & partnering organizations to develop new lines of business in response to community need and expand existing revenue streams to strengthen organizational finances.•Created proposal to local government demonstrating that certain financially unsustainable programs were saving county government significant resources, resulting in new contracts that now sustain these services for the community.•Implemented cross program meetings, resulting in increased interdepartmental communication and clinical collaboration, peer leadership opportunities, as well as improved recruitment strategies and cost savings initiatives.

•Supervised all mental health and child welfare youth residential and community-based services, therapeutic foster care & adoption services, youth development and empowerment services, and mental health transitional-age peer support services.•Organized agency-wide efforts to promote overall culture and teambuilding, resulting in a collectively articulated statement of organizational values and beliefs, as well as the first staff led and executed fundraising event.•Developed synergies across programs, including mechanisms for increased cross referrals and shared training opportunities, resulting in more efficient utilization of staff development and training dollars.•Partnered with fellow executive management members and external constituencies to develop an innovative program supporting young adults with developmental disabilities.

•Managed all elements of FSW’s Respite Program, supporting over 200 children of all ages struggling with Serious Emotional Disturbance. Program provides therapeutic recreation during out-of-school times, including weekend programming, one-on-one skill building and mentoring, as well as a summer camp. •Developed unique activity based programming for youth at risk of foster care, resulting in funding to implement the service throughout the county.•Initiated program restructuring resulting in service provision to 20% more clients while maintaining nearly flat expenses and continually achieving program outcomes; simultaneously increased revenue by over 70%.•Designed and implemented a successful turnaround strategy for struggling afterschool program for high risk youth which was taken under the FSW umbrella.

•Designed, marketed and implemented a clinically informed curriculum, in partnership with local government, for other community-based organizations, resulting in their increased ability to support children struggling with emotional and behavioral challenges.•Developed program’s first skills based mentoring programs in the areas of creative writing and photography.
