After nearly 14 years studying in one of the great Tibetan monasteries under the private tutelage of a series of exceptional masters and teachers (30-40% of each year, traveling back-and-forth), I'm now endeavoring to bring these most advanced teachings out of the confines of monastic mind training pursuits and into the everyday lives of leaders, innovators, pioneers and professionals in a wide range of fields and industries, with a special focus on technology and the networks that influence the world today. This is being done under the auspices and with the wholehearted endorsement and blessings of His Holiness the Dalai Lama.With nearly four decades in entrepreneurship under my belt in healthcare, education, leadership training, and media, The Nālandā Project has been launched. Working closely with some of the most brilliant contemporary Tibetan scholars and teachers, we are developing programs, methods and approaches suited to busy professionals who impact the lives of others in the west.As stated to the Dalai Lama during our meeting in August 2023 in Ladakh, India, when he blessed and endorsed this work: "These programs will draw from the vast and profound inner science of the Nālandā Tradition, enabling serious participants to gain an understanding of advanced Buddhist psychology, Tibetan logic and reasoning, and the unparalleled methods for transforming the mind and emotions, aiming to instill moral and compassionate leadership among those who influence and affect the lives of others, from small teams to the wider population."
