Directs the operations of the Finance Department including oversight of:-Budgeting, debt administration and compliance, cash management, internal and external auditing,-Centralized purchasing, payroll, sanitary sewer rent billing, solid waste fees, local services tax, mercantile and business privilege taxation, and accounts payable and receivable,-Drafts and recommends finance related policy to the Township Manager and develops plans for the implementation of financial goals and objectives,-Monitors the Township's financial position, and prepares financial models including the Township’s 5-year general fund forecast,-Coordinates the year-end financial audit for the Township; prepares various financial schedules for use in supporting documentation for the external auditors,-Administers the development of the Township's $100 million annual operating and capital improvement budgets and $100 million debt portfolio,-Administers the Municipal Police Pension Fund and Township Employees Pension Plan and serves as the secretary of the Board of Pension Trustees,-Oversees the operation of the Township's insurance function, including risk management.

Supervise Finance Department employees;Manage Township’s annual budget and finances, including the preparation of annual financial reports;Oversee municipal accounting system; billing and collection of certain taxes; property and equipment purchases and leases;Manage Information Technology systems and equipment for Township administrative offices.

Work on a range of projects in state and local governments nationwide including revenue analysis, developing financial plans, improving capital program delivery, organizational analysis, and other issues
