This is my weekend job.

I use to take care of the Utah State owned building in Logan Utah. I use to take care of the maintenance and preventive maintenance for Logan Court, Logan Workforce service, Logan liquor store and Logan Armory. I have in the past been put in charge of Brigham 1st District Court and Brigham StateLiquor Store. If anything needs maintenance in those buildings I repair it within theshortest time possible. Preventive maintenance on all northern State owned buildings.Maintain HVAC systems. Maintain electrical systems. Maintain all plumbing systems. Keepbuildings and facilities in a good running state. Fix any lighting fixtures that are notworking properly by replacing burned out lights to replacing ballasts and lightingfixture. Trouble shoot any faulty electrical systems by fixing any ground faults torunning new wire as needed. Fix and trouble shoot any problems with plumbing from pluggedtoilets to clogged sink aerators. Re plumb in faulty water heaters. Fix faulty roof topunits. Change any soiled or broken ceiling tiles. Fix and repair any damage done todrywall walls in the buildings. Paint as needed. Run new wiring to newly added equipment.Maintain boilers in a good working order. Maintain chillers in a good working order. Keeptrack of open and completed work orders with the AIM system. Receive work request throughemail, verbal, phone and radio.

A variety of general maintenance task as per PIMS system. Janitorial andpreventive maintenance and activities on an 8,000 sq. ft. visitor center/museum, twomaintenance shops, two group use areas and a campground. Maintain water quality. Fix anyplumbing problems. Fix any electrical problems. Maintain and repair all tools andequipment with the use of many tools and or a welder. I can use a variety of tools andequipment in maintaining park facilities and grounds. Use off road vehicles to maintaintrails and facility maintenance. Run front desk in visitor center. Campground managerwherein I oversee camp host and record and submit campground usage report to park manager.Take written and verbal orders and complete any task given with no supervision.

Rework original Architectural CAD drawing by removing everything but the core ofthe house. Add all structural components. Print blue print for review with E.I.T. Fix anyerrors and add any new structural items listed in from redlines. Have final reviewperformed by P.E. Also can draft any precast pipe connections. Draft multiple views ofpipe and cross sections and all detail connections, as per engineer specifications. Drawany steel connections for steel moment frames, as per engineer's requirements. Boltpatterns or wields, as per engineers specifications. Draw all details for structural planswhether steel, concrete or wood. Go out for inspections as needed. Help with civildrafting when needed. Draw feature lines for grading plans. Fix any redlines from the cityreview board. Answer phone and talk to customers as needed.
