CurrentThe Renewals Specialist role at Quorum consists in negotiating upcoming renewals and making sure any risk of churn is solved ahead of the contract's end date. Also, Year over Year increase is calculated and added to each opportunity's final price, making sure all internal stakeholders (Customer Success Managers, Customer Account Executives) are aligned and aware of negotiations.-Reports to:Management-Main Customers:Small, Medium, Large and Multinational Corporations (Enterprise Clients) - Fortune 500 Companies; NGOs
