North American Sales Leader for Avolin specializing in Customer Relationship Management, Knowledge Management, IT Support and Supply Chain Management. Avolin is the spin-off of Aptean's Vertical Applications line of business. I was an integral part of deal team involved in the sale of the Vertical Applications Business, and transition period following the separation of the business. Reporting to the CEO, I manage sales activities for license, service and re-occurring revenue for Avolin's North American customer base. Currently leading a team of seven sales professionals focused on direct selling activities. I also lead sales activities and channel development for Avolin’s North American partner channel. My strengths include cross functional collaboration within a matrixed product and marketing organization, and hiring, training and retention of a high performing sales team. I have maintained a stable team and customer base during an active organizational transition period.Full year 2018 quota achievement of 1.7X software and 1.13X services, meeting the qualification standards for President’s Club.
