Manager – Digital Services - CCC, Sun Life Financial Jan 2018 – Current (Secondment - Pilot project)- Worked within a 5 million dollar budget to build and test a pilot program for e-client- Worked with legal and risk to develop client secure practices- Build scripting, logging practices and reporting with business partners to ensure all deliverable targets were met or exceeded

- Network migration from Novell server to Windows AD including satellite offices;- Email system migration from Novell GroupWise to MS Exchange Server;- Oversee and plan 4 cabling/backbone upgrades for entire network in 3 locations with IT committee;- Provide support to all staff for all operating systems and software including Microsoft Office 2013, Adobe CS6, Word Perfect and Lotus 123; - Network setup and troubleshooting (Windows and Novell Servers);- Disaster recovery plan and ensuring the back-up systems are functional using Acronis, R-Tools, Veeam & CA’s Arcserve Backup software;- Set up and maintain a Symantec Ghost Server responsible for backing up user workstations; - Mitel telephone system support and maintenance;- Server and user PC setup (Windows Server 2000, 2003, 2008, 2012, Windows 8, 7, Vista and XP);- Providing on and off-site network/PC support for satellite offices in Ottawa, Montreal and Toronto; - Server system upgrades and migration;- Visnetic Mail server (build and maintain SPAM filters, mail rules and security administration)- Time Force server system setup and maintenance for employee time card and payroll system;- Basic Cisco firewall maintenance. Ensuring that communications are operational between all satellite offices for AD replication and iSeries access to the central mainframe;
