To sell, merchandise & ensure ranging of the nominated core or account agreed SBA products in all Impulse, Petrol & Convenience, Campbells Cash & Carry, Liquor Outlets and Independent & National Grocery retail outlets.To sell in & merchandise incremental displays.Manage stales credits.Implement account/channel specific and brand promotional programs at store level in all Woolworths, Coles, Bi Lo, Franklins, Supa IGA, IGA, Friendly Grocers, Foodworks & Supabarn outlets.Manage the stock replenishment (Direct or Turn in) order process at store level to ensure correct range & layout are maintained.Open new accounts.

Management of the Independent Grocery range of stores covering most of Southern NSW. Stores included Supabarn Supermarkets, Supa IGA, IGA, Foodworks and Friendly Grocers.The main responsibility is to gain and maintain distribution of a range of Clients products. The following are some successful achievements:  500% increase in distribution for Pharmacare products in first year 50% increase in distribution for Pharmacare products in second year Increased Ansell distribution from 20% to 46% 300% increase in distribution for Campbells Consumer products Successfully launched new Rockstar Energy Drink to market. 800 plus of new distribution gained for Pental products in short space of time Pental distribution more than tripled over 4 years Increased Tommee Tippee distribution from 1.4% to 30% in first 17 months.Other responsibilities included organizing promotional activity and in store specials with the buyers of smaller independent supermarkets chains. This also included the setting up of in store displays.Maintained contact with CROSSMARK Clients on a regular basis which included attending meetings, promotional activities, product sales deals and store visits.Managed a team of merchandisers who were responsible for the servicing on National Supermarkets and Bunnings stores. Also spent some time managing the three Canberra Bunnings stores when the merchandiser position was vacant.Updated and created new excel forms for the recording of individual stores records, turn in order forms, etc.Completed monthly reports for my own territory and also compleled some national client reports.Was also involved with the training of new Territory Sales Managers in other states.
