Responsible for preparation of design documents, construction documents and the administration of projects through construction. Accountable for coordination with various local and international consultants and associate architects, while supervising and coordinating the work of in-house design and technical Architects for large multi-use projects. Confers with clients, consultants, contractors and others during various stages of project development. Organizes and leads the construction administration phase on major projects, attends construction meetings, testing mockups, and supervises the review of shop drawings and material sample submittals for general conformance with the design intent. Solves complex technical problems and reviews construction documents for compliance with the technical requirements of the contract.
